Hello! My name is Mrs. Pavlak, and I am truly excited to be entering my fourth year teaching Art at Niagara Charter School. I love drawing, painting, animation, and watching Disney movies with my husband and two children, Annabella and Max. I am an avid baseball and football fan. I especially like the Boston Red Sox and the Buffalo Bills! I have made many family memories by going to the playground with my family, visiting Letchworth State Park, and going out for ice cream, my favorite treat! I also enjoy taking long “adventure” walks with my kids!
It is truly a wonderful feeling entering my third year at Niagara Charter School. I am excited to learn along your children, and to explore new artists and projects. I align my visual arts curriculum with each grade level’s expeditions, in order to ensure a more interdisciplinary, meaningful and exciting learning experience for our students. My personal goal is to establish an environment for learning that ensures an engaging artistic process, which achieves high-quality products, and that strongly incorporates protocols of Expeditionary Learning.
