Welcome to Fourth Grade!
This school year is going to be amazing! CREW 114 and 115 have the benefit of working with myself and Ms. Granto in order to sharpen their ELA and Math skills. As a CREW, we have set some meaningful goals that we wish to achieve throughout the year. During our expedition block this year, we will be exploring new topics, including: Poetry, Animal Mechanisms, and Colonial America. We will engage in hands-on field visits and service learning projects that directly relate to our expeditions. My hope this year is for all of my students to feel comfortable and confident enough to take risks within the classroom and to understand the importance of trying, in order to succeed. I plan to encourage and challenge all my students to persevere and do more than they ever thought possible!
A Little Bit About Me:
I grew up in Niagara Falls and attended local schools. I often support local events within our community. I am a graduate of Buffalo State College and have had the pleasure of teaching here at Niagara Charter School for the past 4 years! I have had different roles within the school, mainly working in grades 3-6. I am extremely excited to be teaching 4th grade this year!
Outside of Niagara Charter School, I spend my time with my daughter Madison, as well as, family and friends. I enjoy listening to music, being outdoors, working out and shopping. I also love trying new crafts and recipes from Pinterest! I have a passion for traveling and have had the opportunity to travel all the way to Romania (a country in Europe).

- Math homework is due on the following day.
- ELA reading assignments are due by the end of the week.
- Please encourage your child to read for 20 minutes every night.
